Primary Skills: Contract Management (Expert), CLM Tools - Icertis (Advanced), E-Signature - DocuSign (Advanced), Microsoft Office Suite (Expert), Stakeholder Engagement (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Atlanta, GA Pay Range: $35 - $40 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our Contracts Sales Operations (CSO) team in Atlanta to handle the complete lifecycle of client contracts. This role involves working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure contracts support client's commercial objectives while maintaining compliance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, maintain accurate contract data for reporting, and engage in special projects to enhance operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end management of assigned client contract requests, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet commercial objectives and deadlines. Manage and report post-execution activities to ensure audit readiness and data integrity. Improve contracting processes for better scalability, speed, and accuracy. Accurately maintain contract data within the CLM system, supporting leadership forecasting and operational planning. Must-Have Skills: Extensive experience in contract management, preferably with Icertis CLM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-signature tools like DocuSign. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent negotiation capabilities. Industry Experience Required: Preferably a background in the payments industry, with a strong understanding of Client Products and Services. Relevant experience in Fortune 500 companies is a plus.
