About the Role & Program Join us for an exciting internship opportunity with Disney Television Animation Studios! Become part of the Disney Difference by bringing your strong work ethic, teamwork, and analytical skills to our Planning team. You will play a key role in creating an optimal studio environment for our talented artists. The internship is projected to run from June 2026 through December 2026. If selected, you will report to the Senior Manager of Environment & Events and the Director of Artist Recruitment at Disney Television Animation. A cover letter expressing your enthusiasm for the role is required to be considered. What You Will Do Support Studio Operations Collaborate with the Environment and Events team to brainstorm, plan, and execute studio initiatives, such as culture-building activities and onsite events. Assist with the logistics of onsite activities and events, from setup to breakdown. Create engaging graphics packages for various initiatives. Support Artist Recruitment Work with the Artist Recruitment team to coordinate talent outreach events, including collaborative initiatives with other TWDC Studios. Help execute social media strategies for recruitment, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn. Contribute to graphic design and presentations related to Talent Acquisition processes and reports. Experience Life at Disney Television Animation Studios Gain insights into the art, business, and technology of animation. Attend crew screenings and various studio events. Required Qualifications & Skills Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service. Excellent research and communication skills. A high level of curiosity and a commitment to learning. Able to work effectively with diverse teams. Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience thriving in a fast-paced creative environment. Familiarity with design software (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva). Interest in Animation or TV/Film Production. Previous experience in social media, event planning, or production-related roles. Education Preferred candidates will be in their senior year. Majors in Communications, Marketing, Radio/TV/Film or related fields are encouraged to apply. Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university and taking at least one class at the time of application OR be currently participating in a Disney College Program or Internship. Current Disney interns may only be eligible to participate for one consecutive year. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Must have unrestricted work authorization. Additional Required Documents A cover letter expressing your interest in the internship is mandatory. Additional Information Must be available for a consistent work schedule during the internship. The internship dates are June 2026 through December 2026. Full availability is required Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PT, for the entire duration, totaling 40 hours per week. Interns must provide their own housing in the Glendale, CA area. Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
