In this critical position, you will design, implement, and scale machine learning-driven experiments that enhance pivotal aspects of our platform, including ordering accuracy, automation quality, conversion rates, system reliability, and overall merchant success. The ideal candidate is a visionary with practical execution skills, skilled in transforming concepts into controlled experiments. You will build predictive models and align outcomes with product and roadmap strategies. As a leader, you will mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, ensuring excellence in experimentation, modeling, and evaluation standards. To thrive in this role, applicants should have 8-12+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied experimentation, boasting a proven track record in product experimentation and A/B testing. A robust background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and causal inference is essential, alongside experience building and evaluating predictive models in live settings.
