Position Overview We are excited to invite experienced Behavioral Therapists to join our dynamic team. In this fulfilling role, you will provide dedicated one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) both in their homes and at our centers, under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a key role in implementing behavior support plans, tracking progress, and helping children develop essential life skills. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the BCBA to implement behavior support plans and deliver one-on-one ABA therapy. Collect and analyze data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions. Conduct discrete trials and apply effective behavior support techniques. Why Join Us? Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children. Exhibit dependability, consistency, a positive attitude, and reliability to support the child's success. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
