Overview Seeking a detailoriented Bronze/Metal Polisher to support the finishing and restoration of highquality church metalware. This role focuses on polishing, refinishing, and restoring bronze and other metals used in ecclesiastical ornaments and liturgical items. Skills and Experience Key Responsibilities Polish, buff, and finish bronze and metal components to achieve required shine and surface quality. Assist in refinishing and restoration of existing church metalware, including removing tarnish, scratches, and surface imperfections. Use hand tools, polishing wheels, compounds, and finishing equipment safely and effectively. Inspect pieces throughout the process to ensure consistency, craftsmanship, and adherence to quality standards. Handle delicate or detailed items with care to preserve design integrity. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures. Qualifications Experience with metal polishing, buffing, or finishing (bronze experience preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, highquality finishes. Comfort working with hand tools, polishing equipment, and various finishing compounds. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a production team. Experience with ornamental or restoration work is a plus.
