Summary: Join Meta's dynamic Product Risk & Compliance organization as a Product Risk Compliance Program Manager within the Product Enablement team. You will play a key role in product development by collaborating with Product Groups from the very beginning to effectively manage comprehensive risk reviews. Your expertise in program management and systems thinking will help ensure compliant product launches. Work alongside product and engineering teams, guiding them through Meta's Risk Review process while building productive relationships with legal, policy, and tooling partners for a smooth risk review experience. Responsibilities: Optimize the initial product development support process to enhance the Risk Review experience. Proactively identify and resolve blockers, escalate issues, and tackle pain points efficiently. Drive execution and accountability through effective communication, organized action tracking, and decision forums. Become an authority on managing an end-to-end system that focuses on reviewing and mitigating product risks. Serve as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to streamline their navigation through the Risk Review process. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure transparency regarding project and risk details. Foster collaborative relationships with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering teams to align priorities and improve process efficiency. Support supplemental risk assessments and compliance reviews. Work closely with Specialized Assessment and Assurance Assessment Product Risk Program Managers to accurately capture product context within the Risk Review system and assist Product Groups during triage, escalation, and audit processes. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance, or a related field. Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight timelines and high ambiguity across multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills to convey clear, concise, and actionable messages tailored to various audiences. Robust stakeholder management capabilities, skilled at collaboration across functions to achieve shared objectives. Demonstrated success in influencing others and driving change without formal authority. Highly adaptable in a fast-paced business environment with shifting priorities. Experience in identifying blockers proactively and implementing solutions. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with product development lifecycles and complex systems. Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage AI and data-driven insights to improve process efficiency and scalability.
