Role Overview In this key position, you will devise and implement project plans, guide diverse teams, and synchronize all construction activities to achieve project objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be critical to ensuring alignment with JE Dunn's strategic vision and values. Key Responsibilities: Champion and embody a strong safety culture within the company. Oversee subcontractors and optimize project workflow. Manage on-site staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and safety programs. Create and execute work plans for both subcontractors and internal teams. Ensure efficient communication with owners, design teams, and all relevant parties. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and compliance with reporting requirements. Facilitate the project closeout process alongside owners and architects. Engage in company training and development initiatives. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team. Qualifications: A minimum of 12 years of experience in construction, including over 10 years in field supervision. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences. Solid understanding of construction management processes and practices. Work Environment: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
