Delivery Driver - Independent Contractor

Join Our Team! The Shine Lab LLC is seeking motivated and reliable Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers to perform local deliveries using your own vehicle. This 1099 contract opportunity provides you with the flexibility to create your own schedule while offering unlimited earning potential and consistent daily routes. As a Delivery Driver with us, you will collect orders from designated retail locations and deliver them right to customers' doorsteps. All deliveries are drop-off only, requiring no installation or special handling. Typically, you will complete 12 to 15 stops each day. Your Responsibilities Pick up packaged orders from assigned retail stores. Safely and efficiently deliver items to customers' homes. Verify all delivery details and route information before departure. Maintain effective communication with dispatch regarding updates or any potential issues. Complete all deliveries within the designated timeframes. Provide exceptional customer service while representing The Shine Lab professionally. Compensation Details Earn an average of $500 to $700 per day. Guaranteed minimum earnings of $200 daily. Weekly earnings typically range from $3,000 to $4,200. Payment is based on the number of stops completed, not hourly. Eligible for On-Time Delivery Bonuses for maintaining a 95%+ weekly on-time rate. Weekly settlements after a two-week waiting period. Contractor Requirements Must have a qualifying personal vehicle: Sedan, Minivan, Pickup truck, or Small cargo van. Must carry active auto insurance (additional insurance needed is covered by The Shine Lab). Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean, reliable vehicle. Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing 50 lbs or more. Must own a smartphone that supports The Shine Lab's delivery app. Qualifications Must own, lease, rent, or have reliable access to a delivery-suitable vehicle (sedans, minivans, pickup trucks, or small cargo vans). Valid driver's license in good standing is required. Demonstrated commitment to safety, prioritizing the safety of all road users. Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills are essential. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds as needed for deliveries. Willing to work 5 to 6 days a week, starting at 7:00 AM until routes are completed. Access to a smartphone capable of running The Shine Lab's delivery app for dispatching, uploading images, and proof of delivery (POD) is required. Must reside within 25 miles of the assigned service area.
