You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. Starting at $17.00 per hour based on client care experience and certificationHigher hourly rate for short shifts Responsibilities and DutiesWith dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to: Perform activities of daily living and provide companionship for our clients in their homesPersonal hygiene including but not limited to bathing, grooming and dressingMeal planning and preparationLight housekeepingProvide ambulation and transferring assistance as neededHelp with medication as requiredTransportation for appointments and errands Qualifications and Skills Must be 18 years old or olderPreferred CNA or HHA license or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including lifting and transferring up to 50 poundsMust have an active CPR Certification or be willing to get certified (training provided)Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with valid insuranceMust possess excellent communication skillsAre mature, caring, punctual and reliableMust have an active State of Florida Level 2 Background Check or pass one (Benefits Weekly regular payroll every Friday via Direct DepositDaily Pay: Access to your pay the same day you workIntervisit Mileage: Paid mileage for driving between multiple clients in a single dayPaid orientation and training providing Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)Flexible ScheduleLiability InsuranceWorker’s CompensationReemployment BenefitsPaid Time-Off (PTO) Industry Leading, Nation-Wide TeamAt HomeWell Care Services, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care for seniors and others needing individualized support and companionship at home.
