About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - NJ/MA One World Fitness as a Weekday Opener! This exciting role is perfect for early risers who are passionate about fitness and customer service, helping create a welcoming environment for our members from 5am to 11am.Responsibilities:Open the gym, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all members.Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.Assist members with check-in and provide exceptional customer service.Monitor gym activities, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.Handle member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages member engagement.Support team members in daily operations and special events.Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with ordering as needed.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.Previous experience in customer service or fitness environment is a plus.Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends.Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and gym operations.CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.About Us:Planet Fitness - NJ/MA One World Fitness has been a leader in the fitness industry for years, known for our commitment to creating a judgment-free zone for all members.
