Job Full Description Forklift Operator / Material Handler Location: Cleveland, OH Pay: Based on experience Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Schedule: 1st Shift About the Role We are seeking a dependable and energetic Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our fast-paced, high-volume warehouse team. This role is crucial in supporting production and shipping operations by safely moving materials throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Safely drive a forklift to load and unload materials Transport raw materials to production areas Move finished goods to shipping and receiving Relocate inventory to designated storage areas Package and prepare items for shipment Maintain accuracy and safety while handling materials Support overall workflow in a high-volume environment Requirements Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience including forklift operation in fast-paced, high-volume environments High school diploma or GED (specialized training/certifications a plus) Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand, move, bend, and lift throughout the shift Comfortable working around paper dust and occasional paint fumes from ink Dependable, reliable, and energetic with good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with task variety and eager to learn Demonstrated job stability/tenure is a must Lakewood, OH 2043 16208 Madison Avenue Lakewood, OH 44107
