Production Worker

Job Type Full-time Description Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This person is responsible for general assembly work and production line work that meets quality and production-rate standards. Responsibilities Helps create an environment that supports learning, social interaction, and positive relationships. Assists with crisis prevention and intervention. Produces products as assigned while utilizing safe practices. Responsible for the quality of products produced. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Requirements Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred Familiarity with assembly line processes and use of hand tools or power tools is advantageous Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is a plus Mechanical knowledge or background in working with manufacturing equipment is beneficial Experience with factory or industrial environments demonstrates adaptability to fast-paced workflows This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and understand the position requires constant standing, lifting, and operating equipment throughout shift. Salary Description $14.00 / hour
