Senior Python Developer (Contract) Role Role: Senior Python Developer Client: Well-established Trading Firm Compensation: Up to $120 per hour Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Overview We are working with a well-established trading firm seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join their technology team on a high-profile contract engagement based in Houston. This role is an initial 6-month contract but comes with a high likelihood of long-term extension or permanent conversion for exceptional performers. The Role This position is a key part of the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade, distributed systems that support critical trading and risk functions. You will be responsible for architecting solutions that handle high-throughput data and complex financial logic, ensuring the stability and scalability of the firm's trading infrastructure.
