Procurement Rep IV (On-site)

We are seeking a Procurement Representative IV to support a leading organization in a fast-paced procurement environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at managing a high volume of inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing and resolving a high volume of helpdesk inquiries via email and phone. Process and respond to helpdesk emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and respond to suppliers with solutions to their inquiries Manage and maintain accurate records of helpdesk interactions Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all users Prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities Skills Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Previous experience with the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform 3 years of experience with a High School Diploma or 1 year of experience with an Associate’s Degree Skills Preferred Experience supporting procurement or supplier-facing systems Experience in a procurement or supply chain environment Benefits: Health Insurance 401k Pay Range: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications) By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
