Akkodis is seeking a Consultant for a Contract with a client in Beachwood, OH. Candidate must have strong expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) with handson Boomi integration experience to support complex workforce and timekeeping operations. Rate Range: $64/hour to $79/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Consultant job responsibilities include: Configures UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions) modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities. Troubleshoots Kronos environments, Intouch devices, interface jobs, and technical issues related to system integrations. Manages Boomi-based integrations, ensuring accurate and timely data movement across daily, weekly, and biweekly cycles. Prepares IRD/IDD documents, performs prototyping, and supports design, testing, and release activities for UKG implementations. Coordinates with onshore/offshore teams, tracks deliverables, resolves issues, and reports progress to management. Guides endusers through training and documentation while assisting team members with technical queries. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 4-6 years as specified for the UKG Kronos Consultant role. Strong handson experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) including configuration and troubleshooting.
