In  this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, develop treatment  plans, and help connect consumers to the services they need to thrive. If you’re passionate about clinical assessment, value cultural humility, and want your work  to truly matter, we’d love to meet you. Why Join Us?   Meaningful Work – Help children, adolescents, and families overcome challenges and  build resilience.  Supportive Environment – Work within a team that values professional growth and  collaboration.  Flexible Schedule – Enjoy a role that accommodates your work-life balance, including  evenings and weekends as needed.  Growth Opportunities – Access ongoing training and professional development to  enhance your skills.  Your Role As a Behavioral Health Assessor, you will: Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments and re-assessments for new and  existing consumers Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices • Issue preliminary or official diagnoses (based on licensure level) Ensure timely and accurate completion of Behavioral Health Assessment (BHA)  packets, including legal documents, diagnoses, and treatment plans Engage consumers with empathy and professionalism, even in complex or high need situations Communicate assessment findings—or barriers to engagement—clearly to internal  and external partners When appropriate, provide ongoing therapeutic services What We’re Looking For Preferred: Associate-licensed (LAMFT, LAPC, LMSW) or fully licensed (LMFT, LPC,  LCSW) clinician in the state of Georgia Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (license-eligible  candidates encouraged to apply) 2+ years of experience using industry-accepted clinical assessment toolsExperience working with at-risk children and families Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Valid Georgia driver’s license and access to a laptop  Ready to Make an Impact? If you're ready to use your skills to empower individuals and strengthen families, we’d  love to hear from you!
