Panel Assembler

Assembler - Electrical & Mechanical Assembly Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assembler to support the build and installation of electrical wiring, mechanical components, and motor/generator assemblies. This role requires the ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics, plan assembly layouts when needed, and perform precise alignment and fitting work on large or complex units. A strong understanding of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures and safe assembly practices is essential. Key Responsibilities Install electrical wiring and assemble mechanical components per engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams Plan assembly layouts when instructions require interpretation or adaptation Adjust, fit, and align large assemblies or multicomponent units to meet dimensional and inspection requirements Follow established ESD standards while handling sensitive electrical components Mount motor and generator sets into housings or onto bases and install lubrication systems Complete wiring, terminations, and related assembly steps as required Maintain accurate documentation and support additional duties within the job classification Required Skills & Experience Ability to read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and blueprints Handson assembly experience in electrical or mechanical manufacturing Soldering certification or ability to obtain certification (preferred) Understanding and consistent application of ESD procedures Approximately 8,000 hours of relevant training or onthejob experience Preferred Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or vocational program graduate Completion of a technical training program or equivalent onthejob training in electrical or mechanical assembly What We Offer Competitive pay and bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on day one Bestinclass 401(k) company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of North Mankato, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56239.00 - $65368.00/yr.
