Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals - Brooklyn, NY is seeking a compassionate and organized Housing Coordinator to join a respected nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need of housing assistance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, empathetic, and experienced in case management or housing programs. Job Description As a Housing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping clients secure and maintain stable housing. You'll coordinate housing placements, assist with applications and documentation, and collaborate with landlords, community partners, and social service agencies to ensure successful outcomes.
