A company is looking for a Customer Order Management Representative to manage customer accounts and ensure timely order processing. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire order life cycle for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely processing and shipping of orders Resolve complex customer inquiries through detailed research and maintain communication as per Service Level Agreements Act as a liaison for quality issues and support departmental goals and initiatives for improved customer support Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in customer order management or a related field Knowledge of supply chain processes and Quality Management Systems Experience with SOX compliance and handling credit and debits Familiarity with Excel and data management systems Ability to participate in and lead process improvement projects
