A company is looking for a Senior Reactor Operator 4 (Work Control). Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of work control programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards Create and review standardized work procedures and task instructions to optimize maintenance and outage activities Act as the work control liaison during meetings, coordinating with management and work crews for operational clarity Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 8 years of full-time nuclear industry experience, with expertise in work control or outage planning Prior Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license or certification required A bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field is preferred, or 5 years of applicable nuclear plant experience Experience with outage management and strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements Must be eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
