A company is looking for a ServiceNow Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the strategy, development, configuration, optimization, and operational support of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership for ServiceNow platform operations, overseeing configuration, development, integration, and support of various modules Serve as an escalation point for incidents and ensure SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL service metrics are met Lead a team of ServiceNow Analysts and Developers, managing workload distribution and supporting team development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree Minimum of 3 years IT experience required ITIL Foundation Certification is required 5-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience preferred Strong platform governance and development oversight experience is essential
