The Leave Administrator manages end-to-end case administration, partners closely with HR, Payroll, managers, and external vendors, and serves as a trusted resource for employees navigating leave, accommodations, and return-to-work processes. Through strong collaboration, regulatory expertise, and data-informed decision-making, this role supports employee well-being, organizational risk management, and consistent, compliant HR operations that enable Aspire's workforce to thrive. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong service orientation. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex cases and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and medical information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with UKG, Cognos, bswift, and Cigna platforms a plus. Aspire Living & Learning believes it must play an active role in creating a community of employees that is diverse, inclusive and equitable.
