Job Description

Executive Assistant Citizenship Program Full-time Executive Assistant - Citizenship Program for our Seattle - South Park location. This position is responsible for: Supporting the General Manager of KKMO and the Citizenship Program Coordinator with the general duties of the Citizenship Program, as well as the organization of files of potential applicants, support in training courses and verification of accurate completion of citizenship application forms to ensure they are accepted and successfully processed by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. Qualifications: The ability to work effectively with all persons and groups with an open mind towards cultural differences and knowledge of cultures. An understanding of chronic disease, mental health treatment, chemical dependency treatment and care coordination principles. The ability to work through brief client contacts and make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions. Comfort with the pace of primary care and pace of change within this large organization. A high degree of flexibility to manage the changes and shifts that accompany health care reform and transformation of a Sea Mar Care Management model. The ability to be a team player within a large organization. Able to understand that a local view must also accommodate a state-wide view. Must sign a permanent oath of confidentiality covering all client related information. This person must pass a Washington State Patrol background check. Must be bilingual in English/Spanish. Education and/or Requirements: Minimum two year experience a legal or Executive Assistant or Paralegal for an immigration law firm preferred. Excellent organizational skills. Time management, detail oriented, and multitasking skills. Experience in successfully meeting deadlines. Bachelor's level education. Experience working with immigrants and underserved populations. Experienced in team work with diverse education, skills, and background staff.
