Key Responsibilities Administer the disability accommodation program and maintain organized case records Manage employee leave processes from intake to eligibility determination, ensuring compliance with laws and policies Participate in policy development, conduct manager trainings, and perform system testing and audits Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in leave and ADA administration Strong knowledge of federal leave laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act Experience with Workday and Excel preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized work
