Job Description

Executive Administrative Support Provide executive administrative support to the Vice President of Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT). This position has a broad range of responsibilities including maintaining executives' Outlook calendar, prioritizing incoming messages and meeting requests, managing executives' email account, making travel arrangements, compiling and submitting expense reports, coordinating/scheduling/supporting meetings and events, assisting in the preparation of briefing materials, and other general office tasks. This is a key position in a fast paced organization and requires an individual who is motivated, proactive and a team player. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience. Experience managing emails, calendars and leading coordination. Experience with Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (specifically Outlook Calendar management). Experience with travel planning, coordination and submitting expense reports. Desired Skills: Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to administrate in a fast paced environment with competing priorities. Ability to professionally interface with all levels of personnel. Customer Service Oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-Motivated and dependable. Proficient in appropriate Outlook e-mail usage. Possess good communication (written and verbal) skills including strong telephone communications. Proactive organizational skills. Reliable and accurate messaging. Problem Solver. Proactive/Planner. Sense of Urgency. Experience with Lockheed Martin Systems, particularly LMres/SATRN/TQ3, refreshment/meal ordering (CARTs), and OARS. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Aero badging and hospitality procedures for consultants, contractors and visitors. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
