A company is looking for a Senior Site Manager to oversee clinical trial sites remotely, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage financial and resource allocation for clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance Develop and execute study plans, monitor trial metrics, and implement strategies to enhance site performance Coach and mentor site staff while managing team operations and performance metrics Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred At least seven years of clinical research experience, including roles as a Clinical Research Associate or Coordinator Four or more years of experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems and quality management Strong understanding of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory requirements CCRC or CCRP certification is a plus
