Project Manager

Project Manager Are you ready to take a central role in driving projects that strengthen our economic efficiency and market position? As a project manager, you will handle projects spanning from sales and marketing to production through planning, purchasing, and other parts of the company. It also includes planning and quality assurance of the changes that result from the projects. You will work in an international environment as we have manufacturing and sales in Europe and the USA. We welcome education and background in economics to understand and evaluate the value of various initiatives in collaboration with the rest of the organization. In the role, you will: Drive, coordinate, and document projects according to our project model. Ensure that economic goals and marketing strategies are integrated into project plans. Report project status, cost development, and ROI to management. Collaborate with colleagues in Aneby and internationally (Germany, Spain, USA) to drive global initiatives. Contribute ideas and improvement suggestions that strengthen our competitiveness. We are looking for you with experience or education in economics, marketing, or project management. You are analytical, structured, and have a strong communicative ability. Have you worked with budget, financial follow-up, or marketing projects before? Thats great! Its desirable but not a requirement. You are fluent in Swedish and English and have a B-driving license as travel is required. We place great importance on personal qualities and value your drive, your sense of responsibility, and your ability to collaborate. You are skilled in planning, prioritizing, and creating engagement in the project team.
