Senior Industrial Estimator

A company is looking for a Senior Industrial Estimator. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and mechanical project components Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements to assess constructability and cost impacts Collaborate with project teams to develop budgets and alternative construction approaches Required Qualifications BA/BS degree in engineering or construction from an ABET accredited college or university Minimum of 8 years of estimating experience in industrial or large-scale commercial construction US Citizenship is required due to the nature of work Proficiency in estimating software such as Trimble WinEstimator or similar Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
