Job Description

A company is looking for an Incident Problem Manager. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for major incidents across core production systems, participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation Lead incident response and escalations to restore services quickly Conduct post-incident root cause analysis and recommend preventative measures Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience Extensive experience in managing incidents in the Payment industry Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices Experience with monitoring and analytical tools such as Dynatrace, DataDog, Grafana, Splunk is an advantage ITIL v3/v4 certification or other relevant ITSM certifications is an advantage
