Apply today to join a team that appreciates you. Responsibilities of an electro-mechanical maintenance technician: Evaluate and maintain all electrical instrumentation and control systems. Perform ladder logic programming and troubleshooting of PLCs Identify and repair electrical problems. Perform preventative maintenance on automated and/or robotic systems. Ensure equipment meets electrical and mechanical operational quality standards. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance, repair, inventory, and parts. Work efficiently to minimize system downtime. Adhere to all plant safety procedures. Qualifications of an electro-mechanical maintenance technician: 3-5 years experience in a maintenance related position. 3-5 years experience in an electro-mechanical related position. Hands on experience with PLC/DCS and HMI. Experience maintaining and repairing AC/DC circuits and motors. Ability to operate and maintain hand tools, computers, electrical testing equipment, and maintenance equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Ability to maintain reliable attendance record. Flexibility with an ability to work overtime and on-call hours. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Mathematical aptitude.
