Multistate Licensed Hospice Triage RN

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN to provide after-hours support for hospice patients and families. Key Responsibilities Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate next steps Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care and resources Required Qualifications Active multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) Ability to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity
