Associate Merchandise Planner

A company is looking for an Associate Merchandise Planner to support the planning team in driving sales, margin, and inventory performance. Key Responsibilities Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for leadership on inventory performance Maintain Open-to-Buy data model and partner with the buying team for inventory flow and recommendations Prepare weekly selling reports and assist in quarterly performance analysis to guide future strategy Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 2-3 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management (e-commerce preferred) Bachelor's degree in business, Merchandising, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience) Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or similar systems is beneficial Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
