Kitchen Project Manager

Job Title: Construction Project Manager Kitchens & Millwork Location: Paterson, NJ (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Work Setting: In-Person Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong expertise in contract administration, SOW/SOV preparation, and construction billing. This role is responsible for managing active kitchen and bathroom cabinetry projects from contract execution through installation and final billing. This is not an entry-level or assistant position. The selected candidate will independently manage multiple construction projects while coordinating with developers, general contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage Scope of Work (SOW) and Schedule of Values (SOV) documents Process AIA billing, milestone invoices, and payment applications Manage project contracts, change orders, and related documentation Coordinate with general contractors, developers, vendors, and internal departments Track project schedules, material deliveries, and installation timelines Ensure billing aligns with project milestones and contract terms Maintain strong document control and project reporting systems Monitor project progress to ensure on-time and within-budget completion Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction project management or contract administration Direct experience with SOW, SOV, and AIA billing Experience in millwork, cabinetry, kitchens, or interior build-out projects preferred Strong understanding of construction contracts and documentation processes Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to confidently interact with general contractors and developers Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, BuildingConnected or similar platforms) Compensation $65,000 $90,000 per year (based on experience) Paid Time Off Relocation Assistance (if applicable)
