HR Generalist mpathic is keeping humans safe in the AI era with experts and software that are rooted in psychology and powered by clinicians. We work with leading AI model builders, application layers and clinical researchers to understand and protect people, reducing the world's biggest human risks. This HR Generalist role provides day-to-day People Ops execution so strategic initiatives can move faster. You will own tactical HR work, manager support, and program execution, especially during hours when external partners are unavailable. This role is designed to create capacity, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure employees and managers get timely, high-quality People support. What You'll Do Handle core HR operations and employee support Support managers with leadership development and people management tools Coordinate compliance training, certifications, and required programs Assist with benefits administration and employee programs Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Partner with external People partners to divide and conquer work Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions What We're Looking For HR Generalist experience in growing or scaling companies Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and people programs Comfortable working independently and owning execution Trusted partner to managers and employees Seattle-based Compensation & Benefits Base Salary (US): $80,000$100,000 Benefits: We offer 100% company-funded health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.
