A company is looking for an Enterprise Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities Advise and handle support requests from enterprise customers on the platform Serve as a customer-facing subject-matter expert for enterprise customers Identify product gaps and collaborate with various teams to prioritize and escalate issues Required Qualifications Experience supporting production databases and applications, preferably at scale Experience with database internals and performance tuning, specifically for PostgreSQL and MySQL Working knowledge of Kubernetes Strong ability to communicate directly with customers Knowledge of common application deployment platforms and frameworks (e.g., Python, Go, Node, PHP)
