You'll be processing new claims as they come in, complete pre-renewal claims reviews, and advocate for clients on their claims. Other tasks include submitting claims to carriers and notifying the service team of the new claim and maintaining accurate claim log and claim info in our agency management system (EPIC). You're Great At Ideally, you'll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should also have at least 5 years insurance claims management experience and if you have worked with EPIC before that is a plus. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.
