Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced EPA-Certified Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance operations at our apartment community. This role combines advanced technical expertise with strong supervisory skills to ensure the property operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards.The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing daily maintenance functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting team performance, and delivering exceptional service that drives resident satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, assign, and prioritize daily maintenance tasks and service requestsTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in compliance with EPA refrigerant regulationsOversee repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, motors, pumps, and other mechanical equipmentImplement and manage preventative maintenance programs for units and common areasOversee and assist with make-ready processes to prepare vacant units for new residentsConduct routine property inspections to maintain curb appeal, exterior lighting, and overall safetyEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and company policiesMaintain accurate work orders, service logs, and inventory recordsRespond promptly to resident service requests and escalationsManage and participate in the on-call rotation scheduleTrain, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to safety standardsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies and materialsRequired QualificationsValid EPA CertificationHVAC certification required5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family housingPrevious supervisory experience requiredStrong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsStrong diagnostic, organizational, and leadership skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditionsWhy Join UsContract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placementCompetitive pay based on experienceConsistent full-time hoursSupportive property management teamFree on-site housing after 90 days of employmentOpportunities for long-term career growth and advancementHow to ApplyIf you are ready to take ownership of maintenance operations and guide a team toward excellence, we encourage you to apply today.
