A company is looking for an Automotive Claims Adjuster to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional service on phone inquiries regarding claim processing and coverage Authorize claims and manage a high volume of inbound calls Process and complete paperwork according to established procedures Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment as an Automotive Technician or Service Writer/Advisor Experience with various modern computer systems and software applications Demonstrated experience in resolving conflict and ensuring customer satisfaction Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center is preferred Minimum of a high school diploma; some college education preferred
