Job Description

A company is looking for an ITSM Problem Analyst to join their IT team. Key Responsibilities Lead investigations and implement permanent solutions for recurring incidents using various analysis techniques Coordinate and facilitate Post-Mortem Reviews to identify root causes and track corrective actions Develop and maintain problem management dashboards and metrics within ServiceNow Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident and Problem Management roles ITIL Foundation/Expert certification is highly preferred Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms Strong understanding of technical infrastructure including networking, storage, and cloud
