Environmental Consultation Support

A company is looking for a ESA Section 7 Consultation Support specialist. Key Responsibilities Assist Federal staff in conducting analyses and research for ESA Section 7 consultations Provide technical assistance to Federal action agencies during ESA consultations Analyze scientific literature and agency documents to assess impacts on protected species and develop mitigation strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field and one year of relevant experience Experience in environmental regulations and the Federal regulatory process or related fields Preferred experience in infrastructure, fisheries, offshore wind, acoustics, or related areas Knowledge of Section 7 of the ESA Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
