A company is looking for an Accounts Resolution / Claims Specialist Representative.
Key Responsibilities Review and resolve claims that are pending, denied, or incorrectly paid by insurance carriers Address claims by locating deposit information and completing basic credentialing updates with insurance companies Handle correspondence related to EMS lockbox, including denial EOBs and patient invoices Required Qualifications Experience with insurance billing and claims processing Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines Understanding of insurance claims and coordination of benefits Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
