Key Responsibilities Oversee full employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and support HR compliance activities Develop and document scalable Standard Operating Procedures for People Operations Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles Strong knowledge of core HR principles and compliance requirements Hands-on experience with onboarding, job changes, and terminations Familiarity with U.S. employment compliance and reporting Experience with HRIS platforms and AI-enabled productivity tools
