Key Responsibilities Provide individualized and group career counseling for career exploration and job search strategies Design and deliver workshops and presentations that support diverse student populations Conduct employer outreach and organize career-related events to promote student engagement Required Qualifications Master's degree in counseling or related field, or a Master's degree with a certificate in career counseling One or more years of professional experience in career counseling within higher education One or more years of experience in employer outreach and organizing career-related events Experience with career assessment tools such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong Interest Inventory One or more years of experience in conducting workshops or group training sessions in a career development context
