Product Operations Associate We're looking for a Product Operations Associate with experience delivering high-impact analytics, martech, and/or technical setups to marketing/sales teammates or clients. This role reports to the Head of Product, and will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Client Success and Marketing to build an innovative analytics platform. Role Specifics: Support new client onboarding onto the Octane11 platform Work with clients to utilize Octane11's proprietary data transformation solution to enrich and normalize data within their martech stack for state-of-the art Account-Based Analytics Become an expert in the digital marketing ecosystem and in media analytics tools and support integration, setup and operation of multi-channel martech platforms including Email (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc), Paid Ads (Google, DV360, YouTube, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Demandbase, 6Sense, etc), Paid and Organic Social (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), Paid Search (Google, Bing), across all formats (mobile, video, audio, DOOH, CTV, etc) Be a key member of the Product Team, pushing the envelope on building out a world-class, actionable, and cross-channel B2B analytics platform Collaborate with Back-End & Front-End Engineers to deliver new and exciting features Become an expert in Octane11's proprietary software suite Codify, share, and uphold best practices across teams Provide hands-on support for client questions and feedback across the platforms listed above Be a consultant on data visualization and reporting structures for Octane11 team members Help identify data discrepancies and possible problems with campaign tracking or reporting infrastructure Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical team members Most importantly, help develop a culture and team that seeks to make our clients heroes and strive for greatness every day. Requirements: 2+ years of experience with B2B/ABM sales & marketing use cases and tools (eg. Marketo, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc). Experience in digital marketing leveraging two or more platforms listed above with a preference for HubSpot, Marketo, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, LinkedIn or Facebook/Instagram. Experience with SQL (working with large datasets) Strong understanding of the goals and reporting needs of Sales & Marketing teams. "Can do" attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Bonus Points For: Experience with martech APIs (eg. Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, etc) Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or AWS (Amazon Web Services) Familiarity with dbt (data build tool) Experience with modern data warehouses (ex: BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) Experience with AI tools like (vercel, LLMs, etc) Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker) Logistics: Octane11 is a "Remote First" company with globally distributed offices All team members must be able to work during US-East time zone business hours For non-US residents, this is an Independent Contractor position In addition to applying here, to be considered, please send us a form response using the link below to better evaluate your qualifications.
