A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide compassionate customer service to pet families. Key Responsibilities Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets Engage in positive customer interactions and answer a high volume of calls in a remote environment Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs like Gmail and Zoom Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal peer interactions Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
