A company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to support multi-state payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities Support the preparation, processing, and review of biweekly, multi-state payroll Assist with payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and audits Maintain payroll data accuracy within the HRIS system and support system updates Required Qualifications Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred 2-5 years of hands-on payroll experience in a multi-state environment Experience with payroll tax filings and supporting payroll audits Prior experience with Paylocity is strongly preferred Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
