This role contributes to our success by assisting the HR Team with administrative accountabilities, such as in-house full-cycle recruiting/ talent acquisition. The coordinator supports our vision by becoming a true extension of the company culture, the primary responsibility will be coordinating full-cycle searches and taking the lead in defining roles, sourcing candidates, and managing and executing the hiring and onboarding process. Major Duties Include: Support and coordinate all phases of the recruitment process, from job posting through onboarding, in partnership with hiring leaders and HR leadership Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, timelines, and role expectations to support effective recruiting plans Source, screen, and review candidates; schedule and conduct preliminary interviews; and present qualified candidates to hiring managers Coordinate and schedule interviews, including calendar invites, logistics, and conference room reservations Support the offer process by preparing offer documentation and coordinating details such as salary ranges, incentives, and start dates in collaboration with HR leadership Coordinate and administer pre-employment background checks and testing Maintain active job postings across job boards, social platforms, and internal FOH career pages, ensuring postings remain current and aligned with branding Maintain records of candidate pipelines and talent pools to support future hiring and internal growth opportunities Organize and attend job fairs, campus recruiting events, and networking opportunities Take ownership of the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects FOH culture and values International Growth & Support: Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment and HR activities related to EU expansion Assist with country-specific hiring requirements, onboarding documentation, and coordination with external payroll or employer-of-record providers Support compliance with EU employment frameworks, including local labor requirements Help prepare and track employment contracts, fixed-term agreements, and onboarding materials for EU hires Compliance & HR Administration: Ensure recruitment and HR documentation is maintained in compliance with U.S. employment laws and EU data protection requirements Support audits, reporting, and data requests related to hiring and workforce planning Assist with updates to HR policies and procedures as the organization scales internationally Provide general administrative support to the HR department, as needed Assist with HRIS maintenance in support of HR initiatives Other Duties: Provide primary backup to Guest Concierge for breaks and absences Meet with and report regularly to HR Leaders on assigned responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR department, as needed Participate in special projects as needed, and handles emergency requests and assignments Promote our FOH Culture in all interactions Education, Experience, and Computer Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, preferred Certification of PHR or SHRM, a plus Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, preferably in the U.S., required Minimum of 1-2 years of exposure to or interest in EU and Mexican recruitment and international HR operations, preferred Familiarity with U.S. employment practices and compliance requirements Experience using Applicant Tracking systems and job boards Experience using HRIS platforms, preferred Knowledge in ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS is highly preferred Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel Travel Requirements: 20% local travel to our Distribution Center as needed Skills Needed for Success: Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles Ability to handle confidential information High emotional intelligence in cultivating strong internal relationships Follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlines Stress and time management skills Analytical, creative, practical problem-solving skills Customer service and interpersonal skills Work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team Communicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writing Project management skills and strong attention to detail Tech-savviness Strategic thinking, planning, and execution Ability to re-arrange tasks as priorities change Desired Characteristics & Qualifications: Organized, action and detail-oriented Demonstrates sound work ethics Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded and composure in challenging situations Thrives in a goal-driven environment Nimbleness to respond to everchanging priorities in a high growth environment Benefits & Pay: At FOH, we value our team members as our most important asset, which is why we offer a benefits package designed with their well-being in mind. The salary/hourly range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
