A company is looking for an SMB Care Representative to handle customer inquiries in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and product/service concerns Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems Maintain product/service knowledge and utilize resources to perform tasks Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of experience PC skills (Windows), 10-key, and keyboarding skills Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm ET, Monday - Friday Call center experience, preferably in telecommunications, is a plus Relevant systems knowledge and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are advantageous
