Job Title Administrative Coordinator About This Job The mission of the Acadiana Area Human Services District is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Acadiana who have behavioral health and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: Provides an array of administrative support functions to clients and professional staff, such as admissions, medical records, property management, mail, and safety. Responsible for all issues regarding the building and the building lease. Communicates with the Landlord and maintenance workers (plumbers, electricians, HVAC engineers, etc.) as needed and keeps the clinic manager fully informed of such. Interfaces with the Office of Telecommunications and assures all telephone systems are working and maintained properly. Works closely with the AAHSD Centralized Billing Unit.
