A company is looking for a CRM Technical Specialist to drive their CRM strategy and manage their Dynamics 365 CE environment. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and customize D365 CE modules to meet organizational objectives Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for marketing automation platforms and optimize customer journey workflows Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and provide technical support and documentation Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementation and support Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for customizations Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics SDK Experience with marketing automation platforms such as dotdigital or HubSpot Background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
